  • 520 third St. is conveniently located next to the 1st parking garage. All monthly and yearly occupants have free parking included.

  • Unlimited coffee is available to all in our cafe. Use any of the cups provided or bring your own and enjoy a cup whenever you need.

  • City Work makes flexibility a key point. With hot desks available for a couple days, or offices for a few months. Contact us today to learn more about our avaialbe services.

  • Your space and items are secured at three points. Front door access is limited to key holders after business hours, and the elevator is locked to city work residents. Individual private offices come with a hard key to make sure you can leave behind your belongings without worry.
